• If you are unwell

• Acute inflammation​

• Recent surgery

• Varicose vein

• DVT

• Uncontrolled heart or blood disorder

• Uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Active cancer

• If you are pregnant or trying

• If you have a contagious disease

If you have a condition and are unsure, it is always better to ask first.​
